Flagship Program
BuildHER Futures™ is currently being developed to help women age 35 and older who are seeking stable, well-paying employment explore skilled-trade career opportunities and pathways toward greater economic stability. The program is planned to launch in Spring 2027.

The Opportunity Door is developing a program to help address food insecurity in Washington, DC's Wards 7 and 8. The program will explore practical ways for residents to grow fresh food inside their living spaces using hydroponics, container gardening, and other creative growing methods. It will also promote healthy, affordable, and delicious cooking habits while connecting residents with food, nutrition, and community resources.
We are currently developing the program, identifying partners, and listening to the community. Program details and opportunities to participate will be shared as they become available.
